OeS started as 187 clan on COD World at War and Battlefield Bad Company 2. However we kept seeing others with 187 tags so an executive decision was made to change the clan name and the corresponding tags. The clan name became 187 Company and the Tags OeS (One eight Seven). Why 187? Well its simple, 187 is the police code in Los Angeles County (where leadership resides) for murder. So to rap up, we are THE MURDER COMPANY or THE MURDER UNIT.
